Budget Truck Rental

Well I made a booking with Budget and they confirmed a vehicle (light truck nominally 3T payload for an LR licence) It was to be a 4.2m tray as it was a replacement for the one I was having serviced.
The lady taking the booking confirmed availability with the Burswood office and gave me a booking number.

I drove from Mandurah to Burswood for 7:30 at that time with traffic around 1 3/4 hours.

On arrival I was told they hadn’t got one. They were offering me one with a 1.5T pay load. How pathetic. I have now lost a day have upset customers because they can't organise themselves. They just said sorry can't help you.

Service is the worsted I have seen. Don't trust them. There was no sense of responsibility from them at all. No care factor either.

This office is open on Sunday BUT they don't answer their phone. Go down there. ??

Terrible service,truck was given to me with a faulty back door,we nearly lost valuables while moving,brought the truck back before close of business and was charged an extra day with no notification.would highly recommend people to go elsewhere

We needed a 4wd safari vechile over the Christmas break, the customer support of this budget car rental store was great however...

Recently hired removalist truck from here. Customer service was excellent! They even let us leave our car there for 2 nights as we were from the country. Truck was clean, comfortable and perfect size for our needs.....based on their recommendation. We left some personal effects in the cab after returning the truck but were notified immediately and they were put aside for us.

Would definately recommend them again. They actually cared. Oh and we got out flybuys credited as well. Very happy as the last thing we needed was a hiccup with that side of our mission.
