Have you ever left a restaurant disappointed. My partner and I thought a buffet would be nice since we had recently eaten Asian. What a disappointment. Terrible is the only way to describe most of the offerings. The prawns were washed-out and tasteless. The honey chicken and pork dumpling (sweet and sour) tasted a bit like laundry detergent. The mashed potato wasn't. The black bits in the cos were apparently bacon. The two chicken dishes I tried were rank, fatty and rancid. The mini spring rolls were like hollow tubes of cardboard. My Family and I have dined here many times over the last 5yrs or more. It used to be one of our favourite places to eat out. They have a great range of hot food with Asian cuisine, roasts and pastas. Their salad and dessert bar are also pretty good. One regular downside are the number of parties they seem to have there which are loud and regularly intrusive on your meals, and table space if you happen to sit near them.
