Perhaps when they were a smaller enterprise the emphasis may have been on customer service but it certainly isn't now. When they want to be in touch with you, they are relentless, ringing and texting on multiple occasions within a day. It isn't hard to sense their irritation that you have not immediately returned their call. When you do call back however, they are at loss, scrambling to understand who called you and why. Even when you are speaking directly with the person who has been hounding you relentlessly! Appointment times are nominal. They will turn up whenever it feels good to arrive. An hour early. An hour late. Either is fine. Having received a flyscreen for a window I didn't nominate, one can only assume that listening is not within their skill set. Neither is basic common courtesy. Very happy. Prompt and friendly service right from the start. Great suggestions from sales rep Max on my dooring solutions. Very competitive pricing and doors were ready in great time. Installation went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Normally can't be bothered writing reviews, unless I'm unhappy! But these guys were great!

We had a "Screen Safe" double security door installed. On the first installation while the doors were short 11mm (bugs galore could be creeping through), somehow one of the doors needed to be cut down 3mm at the top to fit. On second attempt, they were a no show, no call, no care. On the third attempt the door was fitted with a bug sealer to cover the 11mm gap at the bottom of the door and there is a 5mm gap between where the door join in the middle which we were told by both the installer and the owner of Bugs No More is "Standard". In our opinion this is not a secure door in the least. You can decide for yourself whether you would like a similar unsatisfying experience by choosing to use this company.

was very happy with these guys. they came out and installed security doors and flyscreens. the service was prompt, price was good and they even cleaned up after themselves which was impressive! would recommend to anyone
