Bugzies Seafood Restaurant

My wife purchased a Lobster seafood platter for my birthday on Scoopon but when she went to book she was told she had to wait 6 weeks which was not made clear before she purchase it. So we could not do it on my birthday. Once the highly anticipated night arrived we were told that our lobster and seafood platter had no lobster because they were out of lobster. After telling us there was no lobster they tried to charge us $5 extra if we wanted our oysters cooked. Seriously, how can they make us wait so long and then not have any lobster, did they need more than 6 weeks notice? The rest of meal and the service was nice, just a shame they could not deliver what they promised, which is why they get 2 stars.

Lovely service! And if you have the coupon deal for the seafood platter for 2 inc wine... Even better! Always an enjoyable night in the Mall with Bugzies.
We usually upgrade the natural oysters to Kilpatrick for $5 and wine from Chardy to Sav Blanc for $10.

Wow wow wow! This place is amazing! Highly recommend! Firstly we had a scoopon and unlike some places where you hear about bad service because you have a scoopon, all of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive the whole experience! The food was sensational! We ordered extra food on on top of our voucher and all of the food came out fast and fresh! We love seafood cuisine and this place we will be recommending to our friends and will be coming back!!!!!
