Building Blocks Occupational Therapy

That have been awesome for my son. I have seen him progress over 8 months and he is doing so much better at school because of his therapist. I have always had someone answer the phone or messages left I have always been contacted back. I have been able to claim my health fund on the spot and pay each week. I know they also are linked in with the NDIS although my son is not eligible yet. Great for children like my son with ADHD, ODD. They linked in with the school and other therapists 10/10. Recommend BBOT in a heart beat.

Think twice before using this place. At the beginning they seem wonderful but all they seem to care about is you paying the money and giving little customer service. My child has progressed, but certainly not to the point they said they would. I have had no serious feedback, they only seem to talk to you through emails, all but one time I have called it has gone to a message. I missed two payments (both accounts emailed together, and when I was made aware I paid them straight away) and they promptly sent me a contract and asking for a lump sum of $600 advanced payment for sessions. This would mean they extended the 8-10 weeks they said they needed, to 18 weeks without consulting me as to why or giving me a review after the 10 week mark. They promised to call me this week - still waiting.
