- Compliance certificates for swimming pools
- Responding on your behalf to requests or directions from NSW Councils in relation to unauthorised building work
- Assistance with lodgement of all types of development applications (Development Applications, Complying Development, Building Certificates) with NSW Councils or other regulatory authorities;
- Assess and audit buildings and outdoor areas for accessibility Compliance in accordance with the Access to Premises Standards, Commonwealth Disability Discrimination Act and the Building Code of Australia;
