Extremely disappointing experience. Amateurish approach to the waterproofing of two bathrooms. In one the shower angles were out of square . This was only noticed when the tiling was commenced. The principal, Mr Snelgrove, was contacted and advised of the issue. He did not attend and showed no interest in trying to remedy the mistake. Rubbish 2was left on site including remnants of waterproofing material and hardened brushes. Some of the latter were disposed of in the green waste garbage bin. After giving a quote belly ached about extra work that they had to do and wanted more money. Definitely not recommended and best avoided.
