I was looking to sell my car, but it had some engine problems that needed sorting out before I could do that. I'm not a car head, so I took my car in to them, told them my plan, and how much I could afford for engine repairs (around $300) before I'd be losing money on a sale. Based off our discussion, I trusted them to fix the car to a point of being sellable at a cost roughly around my budget. After paying $260 for repairs, my car started running much worse within an hour of driving it. I took it back to them, I once again stressed to them the importance of my budget, and left it with them after being given a possible estimate of $70. Then I received a call in the afternoon, saying they'd done some repairs and I was up for another $260 in costs. Upon asking more about my car, I discovered they had also ignored half of the engine problems I had mentioned.
