Brought my sick cat here, minimal check up was done. The sickness continued, along with weight loss and the vet insisted that he was okay without doing any further tests (she mentioned he was slightly overweight already so a little weight loss wasn't so bad). Took him there three times, before taking him to a different vet. They did tests immediately, and unfortunately it came back with FIP. He was euthanised shortly after.
Would not recommend. Had our dog in for surgery & suffered complications. Rang to advise & they said bring him in for us to see bc its hard to tell over the phone - then charged me $80 for the appt I never asked for in the first place. A money grab. When I complained & asked to speak with the Manager, I never even received a return call.
