Bulleen Plaza Medical Centre

I visited the Bulleen Plaza medical centre and found the receptionist there very friendly
I only waited for short time before seeing a Doctor.

I am in absolute desbelief that this clinic is able to operate. The reception staff are beyond rude and disrespectful. The doctors actually don't examine you! This is not an isolated case, I've been here a few times (mainly due to desperation as my GP is booked) and each time I am mortified by the experience.
Most recently, I walked to reception were the staff were chatting away and ignoring me. This went on for a few minutes until I said "hello, excuse me" and one turned around and rolled her eyes at me.
Despite being told on the phone that it's bulk billed, I was advised to pay $85 upfront as I had not been there for 12 months. She shoved the EFTPOS machine in front of me and told me "you pay now, then you see the ...read more

I cannot understand what is the fuss is about Bulleen plaza clinic has been lovely since day of conception sure you have to wait but you will be seen by some amazing beautiful doctors you need to be patient

Outstanding service received from both reception and medical staff. Reception staff we so helpful during a very stressful time and helped me chase down critical results quickly, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this practice.

From the reception staff when I enter the building, who always have a smile on their face: Vicki, Nicole & Linda............. to the caring nurse when I have to have a needle or accupuncture: Kikki, to my attentive Dr Sam who always is patient and caring and always willing to help............what more can you ask for..............yes you may have to wait................but good things come to those who wait.....I'm willing to have good things.............keep up the amazing job
