Bums On Bikes

I had my bike serviced for a broken spoke and decided to replace my tires and inner tubes at the same time. The replacement spoke is rusty and the new tires not only wobbled on true rims, but didn't hold air. After going back a multiple times in the week that followed and leaving only to find the same issues I just gave up and replaced the new tires with the old chunky ones that don't leak (I think I prefer the more aggressive track anyway) . I still have the new leaky tires sitting in a broom closet (no returnsies policy so beware) so the rusted spoke cost $185.

I give the shop 2 stars because my first encounter with some brake repairs was actually okay. 4 stars fro brakes 0 stars for spokes and tires.

If anyone wants pretty much brand new $46 26" low profile puncture resistant wobbly tires with brand new $15 teflon leaky inner tubes, leave a message below with your winge about BOB and you can have them for free eh.

Thank you for the ride this morning out at Redcliffe... I enjoyed it so much I will be making this my weekly sunday bike ride... it was so much fun... even for beginners like me :-)
