I must say this is some of the worst service I have ever had in my life. I have just moved to Bundaberg and went to Bundaberg Appliance Service to buy a part for my electrolux washing machine. They advised me they could not supply the part and told me to ring a company in the Goldcoast. I asked a friend of mine and they advised me of another company that could help me they had the part on the shelf and were very friendly I will be going there from now on for all my appliance problems.
Overall, we give customers the best advice possible, taking into account average wait times for parts, price of parts, ease of tracking parts etc.
We, (Bundaberg Appliance Service) are NOT an Electrolux agent and only access Electrolux parts for our own jobs. In other words, when customers come to purchase parts only, we refer them on to whoever we think will offer the best service. If, as in the above case, the customer is lucky enough to find that part on the shelf in another local repair agent, then so be it. We are not to know what parts are in our opposition's stores at any given time. But our overall advice stands.
