ive been a customer at this store total of three times ... didn't find them to bad and i'm a bit fussy and don't just pay on any old thing i shop around and they gave me value for money and did the job well.... just last week i bought a dash cam and had it instaled ... afew days later had a problem with it went back couldn't fix it right away , they asked me to come in the next day so i did and replaced the cam and it was fixed without fuss..... i will be back

The most rudest manager I have ever dealt with. When I asked fora minor adjustment to be made on an installed item, the manager said I didn't know what I was talking about, flatly refused to look at the car again and walked off. I would never deal with this company ever again.

The worst customer service i have experienced. Their behaviour and ethics are shameful. Pity i read these reviews after going there. JUST WRONG!

WOW, how are these guys still in business. The business owner is absolutely the rudest person I have ever had the disappointment of meeting. I called in to buy some gear, am an ex installer of 15 years so I know what I want and what works. Apparently NOT. Was basically told I have no idea what I am talking about. Was being pushed into a brand that I didn't want and told I was stupid if didn't go that way. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all, horrible service from the owner sets the example for the staff. Worst ever!!

Wow the above review was quite soft. The simple way to describe this company is unacceptable. the fact that customers fund the owners life(given his attitude) is dissapointing. i needed help. something simple. I had the cash in my wallet Nd had little time. so i had to wait as the attendant was with anotger customer. As soon as thecustomer left he turned to his coworker and said what a tight ass he was. the guy was looking at expensive stuff.

Eventually i got served, i needed advice which i didnt get. when asked my budget i was ridiculed for being unreasonable. but then he suggested diffrebt products (near my buget) rudely. finally about 6meters from where i was he said u can have this for ur budget(pointed and walked away) when i got close i had no idea what he pointed at but he was already on the phone. great...
