as a whole the centre was good, nothing special but does the job. it was an absolutely disgusting, degrading staff member that ruined my experience. after accidentally losing a snowboard I was intimidated, scared and upset by one member of staff who belittled me and about what staff had said in the past to make me seem ignorant, inexperienced and dumb. I was sobbing in tears by the end and I'm not a person who cries- truly beware staying here.
