Since Buninyong fish and chip shop has been under new management the food has been excellent and there has been a huge improvement in customer service. We stopped eating there a long time ago under the previous management due to the poor quality of food and the rude staff but decided to try it again after it sold and we are glad we did!

WOW, obviously the below haven't been around long, I go there on a Friday and I always ring before hand as I know there will ALWAYS be a huge wait as they are that popular. Only problem I had was once when there was a change over of staff and a stk burger was missing. No big deal as if there was new staff there is bound to have a stuff up here and there. Anyone with half of brain would have some consideration as we all started somewhere. My Uncle eats there every Saturday and they are always friendly, sometimes it is that busy that don't have time to talk. The reason it takes so long sometimes is the lady changes the oil twice a week, I'd rather wait the time then have my food quick and all smoked. people are so quick to judge the negatives and not say anything positive.
