Bunnings Altona Warehouse

Because I was rushing in and out I was asked to open my bags, both of them. This is not usual practice at this store and I felt I was being accused of shop lifting. I have had good service here before and am disappointed. I avoid shopping in places that think it’s okay to look into my personal bags, invasion of my privacy.

Bunnings has the best range of products for any job and prices are ok.
The garden section is good plants healthy

A massive warehouse stocked with everything you could possibly need to satisy your inner handyman but best of all is that every weekend a good old sausage sizzle is set up out front where you can get your banger in bread fix.

This Bunnings in Altona has only recently opened, one of the many Ive seen in recent months that has opened across the western suburbs. Just like most other Bunnings, the one stop shop across all tools, hardware, DIY relating to home. I found the staff here friendly and efficient with the few things I was searching for. A large number of staff there have a trade background which they can provide a number of useful knowledge and expertise within the industry. This particular Bunning is a little large in size compared to the others Ive been too. However, in finding that there are so many Bunnings in almost every suburb in close proximity to my home now, I find myself travelling to either one depending where Im at rather than to my local suburb.
