Bunnings Burleigh Heads Warehouse
My husband and I went to Burleigh to buy out door furniture, we chose Bunnings not because they were cheaper but they had the stock. After been told we had to come back for the furniture the next day we were also told a trailer would be held for us. After waiting an hour for the trailer to come back (not held) it then took another hour to find someone to forklift the furniture into the trailer after been told by 3 other staff members (can't help you and you'll just have to walk around and find someone) Seriously!!! $4000 in furniture and not one lateral thinker in the place to give us our furniture.. they may have the stock but not a clue in customer service!!!!!
Definitely up there with the best of the man caves.
If you need to lose hubby for a couple of hours - send him here.
Having said that, plenty to amuse the wife and kids too at Bunnings.
There's loads of parking at this store, and a good sized outdoor section with pots, plants, herbs and water feature materials, Trade discount cards available for regulars and all the usual hardware requirements.
Easy way to while away a few hours on a weekend and be parted from some hard-earned cash.
Burleigh's Bunnings store is huge with a big plant & pot area, children's playground & cafe, kids activity area, tradesman's tools & pickup location. Great if you're a tradie or just a weekend warrior doing odd jobs. They usually have good specials on power tools each week also. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a staff member to assist, but when you do, they're always helpful & know their stuff.
