As a regular customer, I have always received the most friendly help and advice in the Carlingford store. (And I appreciate the help of older, experienced assistants). Although I go to North Rocks Road store occasionally, there are a quite sufficient number of goods here for everyday requirements.
Bunnings Carlingford are my local harwdware shop, and although they don't have everything that the larger Bunnings warehouses have, they are good enough for those weekend DIY projects. Don't know what the other guy was saying, I always find them friendly and helpful there. Never had to return anything though.
Worst customer experience I have encountered ever. Do yourself a favour and stay away. Treated very poorly by all staff and management. Tried to return faulty product later and was treated very badly and it ruined our weekend. Poorly laid out store and unfriendly staff anyway so really not worth going there at all.
Was contacted about feedback left elsewhere and it has been dealt with professionallys so far. Still waiting for return of faulty product but happy Bunnings take note of cusotmer complaints. Thank you.
