Bunnings Carseldine Warehouse

I was very disappointed by them and their service and i would never recommend them to anyone i like

Recently visited here as we jus bought a house and had the most AMAZING SERVICE with FRIENDLY TEAM MEMBERS!

As you can imagine, 2 girls shopping at bunnings for massive items including a large umbrella and multiple outdoor settings would be hard.

We were assisted by a guy named Harry and he was amazing. The customer service skills he had were phenomenal. He got all the items we wanted and wheeled them out to our car for us. Recently visited this store as our local one was sold out of the vanity we were after. I found the staff weren't as knowledgeable as staff at my regular store but they were enthusiastic and helpful.
The store had slightly different stock to my regular one...just that little bit more pizazz!!

Visit didn't start to well as couldn't find anyone to help me. Then I managed to accost a member of staff who didn't look too pleased with me but soldiered on. After dealing with me for 10 mins and me not ending up buying anything, my fault not his and the info he gave me was great. So all in all very happy. Also why is it you can't go to Bunnings without buying stuff you didn't actually go there for ??

This has to be my favourite Bunnings store. I've spent heaps here on outdoor furniture, plants, paint etc and again yesterday I was impressed. I bought a rather large item which I managed to carry to the checkout but I thought it best to grab a trolley to get to the car. Lovely lady on the front door said I'm just getting Lewis for you so he can lift that into your car for you. Which he did. How thoughtful. Thank you again.
