Bunnings Cranbourne Warehouse

Worse customer service, 4 team members having chat. Asked one for help and he didn't know it and pointed to another lady, who was talking to another team member. When i approach, she says"Sorry I have to go and help another client first". She told me this after i waited nearly 2-3 minutes for her. But then i disturbed her and she quickly replied. Sorry i have to go somewherr, Not sure then why she was talking to team member then if she has been asked for help. So rude in replying. Will never to any bunnings.

Staff have been helpful, prices on items I want have been very reasonable. I check out the items I want before going by looking on-line at their catalouge, it makes it easy to purchase from my list and I know how much I am going to spend before going. I find that I have been completing my DIY projects on time since shopping there.

We went there to return the item, never used however did not had the receipt. Team member named SONIA wasnt helpful at all and also very rude. Never going tgere again

A big thank you to Bec the store manager . She has awesome customer service skills, very polite & professional. It was great to see the team working as one. In today's world going over & beyond to satisfy customers is rare to find. Continue the great work Cranbourne team, not forgetting Tracie & Sarah for trying to assist too.

Hard to find staff to ask questions. Although best range around, prices are FAIR, not lowest as the adverts suggest, would expect better from a national chain.
