This store has really gone from good to great in the last year. I’m not usually one to right reviews but the last few times I’ve visited it has been some of the best shopping experiences ive had. Quick, painless, and service is available if I need it. Well done to this Bunnings store

It's bunnings! The big green building where you can get all the wood's and stuff!

Staff are great, the place is massive so you will need to buy a couple of sausages before you go in.

Pro Tip - buy a sausage.

Worst service ever... just plan rude. Gone other store so much better and go out of there way for customers

have had mixed experiences with Bunnings, when trying to find staff at times outside of 9am-5pm I've found it hard to get help with anyone who's insterested in helping.



However, I've found dsome staff to be very helpful in the paiting section and the outdoor furniture. I had a warranty claim for one of my outdoor chairs, the staff rand Mornington store and found they had one in stock even though it had been discontinued. She told me she'd drive down there and pick it up that afternoon and would be ready and waiting for me in a couple of hours after I'd done the rest of my shopping in the centre.



I was very impressed by the level of service and am glad that even though they're a very big chain store they still are able to provide personal service when you can find a staff member.
