Well just purchased my flooring. Good friendly staff. Help me till end and helped me a lot on desk. During the day time and on weekends parking is the issue but eventually you will get it.

Just made a phone inquiry about some wood. The first person I spoke to was very friendly and transferred me to the timber department but sadly that's where the friendliness ended. The second person couldn't be bothered dealing with my inquiry and once I asked about how much they have in stock as I will be needing a lot they said said under their breath 'so ridiculous' before saying about 20. Not at all impressed with their customer service skills

I've recently went to this new Bunnings store and it is massive, it has lots of stock but I had trouble finding items due to the store being so big. I personally don't like it as I like to be able to find what I want and go but someone that loves to look around hardware shops will be in heaven. It does get busy especially on the weekend so parking can also be an issue.
