Terrible customer service in the wood cutting section. Was told to get my own wood from the racks and take it to the cutting section. I might be 6'2 but I think scaling the palette racking is a bit dangerous & gives the wrong idea about customer safety.Then had to wait till someone else came along to cut it. Here's a hint, if you don't like giving customers some sort of communication or customers service DONT work at Bunnings , go work somewhere by your self and you can be miserable as much as you like.
Best customer service at Bunnings today. I was anxious going into a man's world to purchase a lawn mower, but got excellent customer service at the lawn mower section by 2 very helpful staff. One gave information, helped compared 2 mowers, gave me time to think over with a cup of coffee, helped load mower in the car. For ladies who are anxious to go into bunnings, the staff here are super helpful. I got asked about 10 times if I needed help by various staff, sooooo good!! My anxiety and nerves were calmed down by helpful staff. 10/10 for service!!
One of the biggest Bunnings I have been at and always very helpful staff members around. You might have to chase them down the isle but the always try to help you out with some advise and even walk with you if you need assistance.
The staff are helpful when you are looking for something but the service at the check-out is atrocious. We had our purchase after about 5 minutes but it took another 10 minutes to pay for it. Plenty of staff walking around but they don't man the check-outs. The self-service bays are for credit cards only - cash unacceptable apparently.
