Bunnings Mindarie Warehouse

I did an online order with the items to be delivered and didn't receive all the items. When I called to enquire about the missing item I had to wait for 20 minutes before someone helped and when someone did take my call Iwas rudely told I had to wait until they finished servicing a customer. I provided infomration about my missing delivery item and the person on the phone said in a demeaning tone that they actually counted the items so it must of been left on the truck. I explained that I helped the driver unload the goods and it was definitely not left on the truck. Even though I am supposed to get the missing item delivered (but won't be surprised if I don't) there was little care given that this even happened.

I hope to never have to use this Bunnings for anything ever again as I found the whole experience of dealing with rude and uncaring employees totally dissapointing.

Went to hire shop at 9am to hire a compactor for 24hrs and they wouldn't let me have it just because they open at 12pm the next day! Asked me to come back after 12 and of course I did not. Fools! I miss having another alternative like Masters.

A few months ago while shopping at Bunnings Mindarie I saw a person who was obviously in charge of the garden section and making it known telling off a staff member in front of everyone. Thet person was very rude and loud enough for myself and others to hear. I am sure the staff member was very embarrassed. My husband even said that this should not be done in front of customers. Our time shopping at Mindarie is usually quite pleasant but maybe that is because we have never come across this person and we hope not to in the future.

I would have to say that if i spoke to my clients the way that some staff at bunnings tool shop speak to clients/customers I would have no business. After using a "Karcher" three times it stopped working and instead of just doing the right thing and exchanging it for a new one they treated me like I had made the product faulty and refused to exchange it and said that under "karcher" guidelines that after 14 days it has to go be sent to the "karcher' warehouse to be 'fixed'! What a load of rubbish. So not only was I treated with no respect I was then left productless and not even any form of compensation. The person who served me wouldn't know a drill from a hammer and couldn't even look me in the eye. Shame shame shame bunnings! SHOP AT JOONDALUP BUNNINGS IF I WERE YOU!!!!!!
