Bunnings Morayfield Warehouse

I went to bunnings yesterday and they had terrible service and attitude. I went in looking for a specific product and i spent some time looking for it and couldn't find it. I asked a a guy about it and he said 'if it isnt there, its not there', so i just walked away and looked for another 10mins and ended finding it. Im very disappointed in the service.

My father and I needed help in finding a particular chandelier today at the morayfield Bunnings. The woman in lighting was rude and had a very bad attitude. She showed no interest in helping and used terms to make me feel like an idiot. "Just point to the one!" She barked.

Very happy with our latest visit - Ty in plumbing was extremely helpful and took the time to ensure we knew how to carry out the job we had planned. He even gave us tips to make it cheaper!

We have been shopping at Bunnings since they set up business in the area. Their prices are great and their staff very polite we highly recommend them they are so much better than Masters

I have being shopping at Bunnings at Morayfield field for 10 years. The service is just awful now. They are unfriendly, rude and do not know the meaning of customer service. They act like they wont want to work there after dealing with the refunds/customer service counter and the section where they sell their gardening products. I suggest they hire staff who want to work and are pleasant to deal with. Masters Warehouse at Morayfield wins hands down in customer service. Bunnings management should take note.
