Bunnings Noarlunga Warehouse
Our new home extension has been decked out from our local bunnings store.
We special ordered some floor boards for our room. And what usually would take 10day to arrive only took 5 - wicked!!!
Had a few helpful people during the week. But it's so busy on a weekend though, and the service is slower.
But happy customers here, our house rennos and extension is almost complete
while i certainly love bunnings, i cant help but feel overwhelmed by the lack of staff around the store. if your stores are busier on weekends, have more staff working over the weekends. its really difficult to find someone who is free to help when you are so busy and dont have enough staff on.
the whole shop is tidy and clean - no doubt about it, it is certainly a well looked after store when it comes to maintaining the clear walk ways etc. i was able to get some more plants for my veggie garden while my hubby found all his bits and pieces for painting and roof supplies.
I would like to say that Gav, & Sue in gardening together with the store manager Peter, have provided one of the best customer services I have received in a long time... there was a misunderstanding on both parties with a recent purchase I made & things didn't quite go to plan for a function I am having this Saturday and after some phone calls & conversation with Peter, these guys went to all extremes to accommodate me so that I would be happy.... Peter came up with an interim plan so that all would go to plan for this Saturday & then sort the rest out later, which I was happy with, however instead of that taking effect I assume that quite a few phone calls were made and first thing this morning I received what I originally thought I was getting and all will be extremely sweet for Saturday... I can not thank you guys enough and commend you on your customer service... Peter dealt with me courteously and professionally...THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!
mid week service is amazing!! you always get help.
Jim is wonderful and is so helpful in more ways than one. he was a great help distracting my children. he helped me to my car with trollie loads of stuff. i felt he literally bent over backwards to help us with our kitchen renovations.
