Bunnings Port Melbourne Warehouse
Bryan is the man! I asked three different staff members to find a specific product which was the door handle with no location on the system, and one could really help me except Bryan. Thank you Bryan, you helped me a lot, saved me time and travel to another store. Highly advise the management to reward Bryan via pay rise or promotion. Bryan is the legend! Thank you heaps.
Most Bunnings employees are helpful but the staff at this store seem to be the exception. Not one but two staff at the aptly named Tools desk ignored me for 10 minutes while they made lame jokes, until eventually I accosted an unlucky third staff member. When it came my turn a second employee arrived at the desk. I asked her if they had the product I was searching for in stock. She said no, and told me to go to a tile shop, or google it. I explained that I had in ...read more
Although this is my closest Bunnings I find the staff less knowledgeable and less helpful and stock less plentiful. I actually called about an item, was told it was in stock (in a number) and arrived ten minutes later to be told that item had been deleted. I'm sure it will improve.
