Bunnings Tuggerah Warehouse

Bunnings, they're all pretty much alike, really. Except this one you have to buy the items from the tool section on the way out of the tool section, then any other shopping has to be paid for separately, or leave it there and bring any other items back to the tool section to pay. This also means I wasn't able to get an electronic copy of my invoice on the items I really would have liked to have one so I could get warranty, if necessary.
West Gosford doesn't do this. Why are two Bunnings different like this?
The girl at Tuggerah was a bit snappy when I didn't know their rules, too. Left me feeling a bit annoyed.

The Bunning's Store at Tuggerah has had a make-over and it is now HUGE! If it isn't twice the size it was it's pretty close to being twice the size, as a result they have a lot more stock and loads more variety. They have all the same great sections, gardening, paint, electrical, lighting, flooring, tools - just much bigger sections. Everything as with all Bunning's stores is well set out, at he top of each numbered aisle is a listing of what is in that aisle which helps finding things so much easier. The staff are all friendly, a happy greeting when you walk in and smiles and a goodbye when you leave. If you are looking for anything hardware - you'll be sure to find it here. About the only thing I don't like is the new floor surface it's a shiny looking concrete - wearing the wrong shoes and it's very slippery....

I had a great experience at Bunnings recently. I had been into Fantastic Furniture to make a purchase, and then into Bunnings. Un-known to me I left the receipt behind for my order at Fantastic Furniture. One of the staff at Bunnings found it, and rather than tossing it into the bin, they took it to Fantastic Furniture and handed it in! Fantastic Furniture rang me to tell me they had my receipt, so when I go back to pick up my order, I don't have to deal with *issues* that might arise from not having the receipt. Thank you to the Bunnings staff member who handed it in!

well laid out store with a lovely garden center, good variety of pots and plants and some lovely garden ornaments. I have always found the staff extremely helpful with 2 young lads eager to help when I had difficulty with one of the trolleys. Always seem to walk out with more than I intended to buy!

I was looking for a job and after talking to the staff member in the tools area, he was able to show me a few items that was prefect for the job. Now back at home, I was able to complete the job and clean up the metal. I was very impressed with the help I received.
