I am extremely disappointed with this company. They unfairly withheld my bond, claiming damages that were entirely untrue. After reviewing the video footage of the supposed incident, it was clear that my daughter did nothing wrong. Our security cameras clearly showed from start to finish footage where at no point did and 11-year-old girl jump on their equipment. The footage also shows the owner Rebekah, who is making these claims personally pick up and handle the equipment where any damage would’ve clearly been visible at the time. It wasn’t until days later that Rebekah herself claimed that there was irreparable damage to these products, the same products which she visibly, and personally handled her herself on the day. Their accusations were baseless, and their refusal to release the bond is entirely unjust. We're sorry we had to withhold your $200 bond Stacey, due to the damage to the picnic table. We did not actually charge you the full $500 replacement cost.
Your video shows a child treading on the table, which you left in a thoroughfare. It shows damage consistent with the photos we sent you. We have explained this but you have been impossible to reason with.

Hi Stacey, this has indeed been an unfortunate situation, made all the more difficult by your aggressive, abusive and threatening behaviour this past week.
The video that you supplied us clearly showed a child stepping on our table and you admitted to leaving it out overnight, despite our instruction that this could damage the table. Naturally, we attributed the damage we observed upon collection to your handling of the equipment.
All of that said, thank you for finally sending us your photos from the party that show the issue was present during the party. On that basis we have gladly returned your bond.
It is a shame to have played this dispute out in this manner. Typically, we return all bonds to customers. Where there is a disagreement, as in this case, we hoped for some decorum in working through the issue. Nevertheless, we wish you all the best.

You then told us you would still not return the bond, you were rude, unwilling to find a compromise and STILL blamed us for the damage - photos taken before the event showed that you in fact supplied us with a faulty table to start with.
