The Bupa location is conveniently located on the bust street of Collins Street Melbourne just next door to the Emirates building. Ive been in here on numerous occasions. On my last visit they had introduced a ticketing system in which you would take a ticket upon arrival and wait based on the purpose of your visit, very similar to banks/medicare waiting system. I found it to be quick and effective, never had to wait long for any visit. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their product. On a few occasions in which I did not have the necessary documents or receipt with me, they would simply provide an email address in which I could send back to them to avoid having the need to come back to the office. There is a premium that needs to be paid for their health cover, but well worth it when you have great service!
