Bupa Optical

I was referred here by a friend and unfortunately my experience hasn't been anything to get excited about. I find this particular chain a bit dirty, and every time I call there is someone new at reception that acts as if they'd much prefer to be elsewhere. The service isn't warm or personal.

Saying that, the medical staff I dealt with was pretty good, but with all the other powers combined - the overall experience is fairly underwhelming and not sure I can go back after this year's check up.
