I am a 51 year old man who is divorced and has two pre-teen boys. Elisa Garzarella has been my legal practitioner who sorted out my property and parenting matter. Elisa's approach is exceptional in family law matters. She found a house and superannuation benefit that was not disclosed by my ex-wife. I got twice the amount of property that my ex-wife had initially offered. Elisa took on my very difficult case where a Court had ordered no time with my children, she managed to get my time reinstated. I now enjoy the benefit of a just and equitable division of the property and time with my children. Elisa also represented me in defending an IVO matter and she managed to get my ex-wife to withdraw her IVO. I feel Elisa has made such a difference for me and my children. I highly recommend her to anyone going through a separation.

Wouldn't recommend. From my experience I was asked to come in for cost agreement. She chatted about many things and was in no hurry, including attending to tradesmen etc. Then a few days later bills me for near $800. I wasn't impressed. No mention of this cost. Most lawyers do a free 1st consult so I assumed this was the same. I was wrong and she wasn't at all open and honest about it.
