Not even happy giving half star as a rating! They are driving their long time, loyal customers away and doesn't seem to care! What's the point of having a business phone and a mobile if you're never going to answer them or return calls! After taking my car back having found out it hadn't been touched after sitting there for a week, turns out they hadn't even been doing the work they were charging me for! Save your money and go elsewhere... STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid if you want to save money had my daughters car their for a simple timing belt replacement car was returned running rough no power,took it back and was told all these things that was wrong with it even said rechecked timing.Had to take car to another mechanic who found the timing was out,which fixed all the problems.Approached management for compensation but none forth coming.so spend your money with a real mechanic.

I am very very very happy with their service, they are friendly and great people. I will definitely go back to them to get my car serviced.

Always gives us excellent service, reasonably priced, shows me the old parts he's replaced, is happy to discuss options to save money (reco parts) while not compromising safety. His workshop is very organised, clean and tidy, so you can see he always puts in that extra effort. In the last 4 years since I've been living on the Gold Coast, I have tried 6 different mechanics and none compare to Andrew and Burleigh Automotive....he's tops!!
