Burleigh Beach Tower

I am currently staying here for a work conference and I must say the view is fantastic. I'm on level 16 in a renovated unit which is very nice. I have seen other units that aren't anywhere as nice so make sure you check.
Easy access to everything...loving the moment.

I just experienced the most appalling service from Burleigh Beach Tower. I phoned to make a 3 night booking quoting the rates published on the website. The person on the phone insisted I had "interpreted the information wrong." I hadn't, and asked if they had the website up in front of them, to which they said "no". They were rude the whole time, but I was willing to go ahead and book for the higher rate when they said "bye" and almost hung up on me. I quickly said "I'd still like to book but can I speak to someone else?" They then put someone else on who greeted me with "what's your problem?" I calmly tried to explain the website rates were different when they told me to "go elsewhere" and hung up on me. I was appalled. I phoned back and they hung up on me again. As a regular traveller, I will be telling everyone I know not to bother with this hotel.
