This is beyond a joke, for over 2 years I have made complaint after complaint!
I pay for postage & don't expect to have to travel 20 minutes in each direction to collect because the postie can't be bothered to do the job & deliver...
I even think the cards are pre-written because it would take longer to write the card than knock on the door & deliver into my hands.

They drove up and put card in letterbox today. Rushed out to see what it was. Card to pick up parcel from local post office. I go to post office - parcel waiting there since day before - just needs signature. Want to complain about lazy deliverer - home all day both days but no phone number for distribution centre. Previous complaints fall on deaf ears anyway. Took 30 minutes of my time to collect and I paid good money for a proper delivery!
No stars today Australia Post.
