Burns at Byron B&B/Guesthouse is a beautifully restored, heritage listed, federation cottage. It has original polished teak floors and is furnished throughout with genuine antiques, persian rugs and original artworks.

The house is perfectly located in a quiet street right in the heart of town. The main street where all the shops, restaurants, pubs, clubs and community centre are is literally 1 1/2 minutes walk away and Main Beach another five. Simply stroll to all the life, colour, and live music that Byron Bay has to offer.

Burns at Byron comprises four double/queen bedrooms. Each room has ceiling fan, heater, electric blanket, flatscreen TV, DVD player. Two rooms have ensuites and one also has its own sitting room. The two other rooms are serviced by the main bathroom which is gorgeous with marble benchtops, deep clawfoot bath, spacious shower recess and huge antique framed mirror which covers the whole back wall.

The lounge has luxurious leather chesterfield couches and the gourmet kitchen leads onto huge sunny outdoor entertaining decks with bbq, daybed and pond. There's also an additional outdoor shower and bath, with hot water, set in its own private and leafy garden courtyard which is fantastic for after beach use or simply under the sun or stars bathing. You'll love it!

The B&B tariff includes a light self serve breakfast, complimentary tea and coffee all day, personal soap/shampoo. Burns at Byron is also available for whole house hire for families or groups seeking comfortable stylish accommodation for a chilled out beach holiday, family gatherings or simply some 'me' time out.
