Burpengary Licensed Post Office

I've always found the girls to be friendly an coureous. We ship fisherman pants around australia most days and they always get there on time.

The only thing I've found is they run out of stock occassionally for 10 packs of satchels. But this is pretty rare.

Poor customer service!



I'm not too sure whether the people who work there have received custoemr service tranining at all. The way they talk and look at the customer, it just made you feel like you are going through airport security. I've never seen they smile once.



What a shame, it's small local post office, it should be more friendly to local customers!

poor poor service cant even help a mother to her car with a lrg parcel when she clearly has a screaming newborn and a toddler taking both hands.
