Sadly I have to agree with the previous review. The sweets are inedible and appear to be thawed or have been stored on the shelf for a few too many days, it is money down the drain. The pies are amateurish with unnecessarily thick pastry. One positive is the breadrolls always light and fluffy. Hopefully bakery can lift their game so we can continue to support local business
Ever since the new owners have taken over the business the food quality has declined rapidly. The bread is horrible, the once awesome pies are now something I wouldn't waste my money on. The sweets are from a box out of a freezer. And the new staff are absolutely clueless (the young girl that used to be there was fantastic, she made the best coffee but she hasn't been seen in weeks).
Very disappointing. Howard bakery has our business now.
