Burson Auto Parts

Awful. The delivery drivers blocked me in for half an hour. The manager said they would be just a few minutes but they chatted amongst themselves with complete disregard for customers who wanted to get out of the car park.

Today I decided to buy tool from burson, because they got a good deal. As soon as I reached there, ask the staff if they have the item (3/8 impact wrench set with 2 battery and charger). The staff (Name Ken) said they don't have it in this store. So I asked him where can I get from another store.

I told him that the closest burson from my workplace is burson at Mitcham, and he told me that burson Mitcham got one in stock. So I decided to drove there, took me one hour drive.

As soon as I get there, ask the staff about the tool (3/8 impact wrench set with 2 battery and charger) he said that they don't have it in stock, plus no one call him about this to double check if burson Mitcham have it.

So my one hour long drive was just a waste of time and fuel, was so disappointed with the service that he gave to me. And never want to come back at this store again. Worst experienced.

Great store, female friendly too. You won't be treated like a silly woman for coming in here and asking questions.

Cheap parts, great service and conveniently located within a busy local shopping precinct, for car parts what else would you want?
