Waited over an hour for an appointment I booked a week in advance!!! Never coming back to this place again.

Great doctor, really rude receptionists.



I booked an appointment the day before and when I went there, I found out that they hadn't even registered my appointment! There are really shifty and roundabout with the costs - they kept mentioning some $55 first time fee, on the phone they mentioned that it would cost $80-90 depending on consultation.



However, when I got my receipt, there was only a fee for a Surgery Consultation, which was $93.05. I was only there about my cold, so I don't know what that was for...there was no mention of any first time fee on the receipt.



Be careful here. Check your bill and don't hesitate to ask any questions, no matter how unwelcoming the receptionists are.

Fantastic medical centre! We went there for travel vaccinations, the nurse was so helpful and very knowledgeable, is now our regular GP. All the doctors are very experienced and good with kids. Would highly recommend!

Feel so strongly I signed up to make this review. The place felt like a factory assembly line, many many staff and patients. Tried to book follow-up only to be told that they weren't taking appointments today. There is a fee for non-appointment consults. I feel this is extremely cheeky and the main reason for my low score and rant.



Only go here if there's nowhere else.

Open long hours with a large staff. Efficient service at the reception, but waiting times can be up to 1 hour (even with an appointment). Onsite pathology which is open 7 days makes this an incredible convenient "one stop" shop for many tests.
