Good, Old Fashioned Child CareBush Babies Childcare offers large open classrooms to accommodate the large variety of activities specifically designed to stimulate the imagination and enhance motor skills. Our huge leafy yard and playground has been designed to subtly teach not only the gross motor skills but to develop an environmental awareness. We provide healthy food for the children which includes our own grown vegetables and eggs from our chickens.
We offer care to children 0 - 6 years old.
Our Pre-School or School readiness program is an important part of our day. Our educators focus on large and small group activities as well as individual development. We acknowledge that being ready for school is not just about academic achievement but also social and emotional readiness as well.
Bush Babies Childcare uses a child based ?emergent curriculum? that employs the children?s main interests to subtly instil learning in their individual area of greatest need as identified by a system of observation, record keeping and evaluation. We believe that when the children are happy, well cared for and having oodles of fun, they are most receptive to learning, this is why Bush Babies Childcare is so committed to being your child?s home away from home, creating a warm, welcoming, homely feel helps your child learn what learning is all about. We give the children unlimited scope for mess and even design messy explorations for them.

Our son loves his day at Bush Babies, and we are so glad that we found Bush Babies for him. He's favourite part of the day is spent in the large playground with all the different activities, games and his little friends. Even the kookaburra's in the trees at Bush Babies are laughing.
Cheryl & the girls ensure the highest safety standards, while still offering a relaxed, and calm learning environment. Our son has really blossomed into a very content little boy since starting at Bush Babies, and I don't feel bad/guilty leaving him even if I'm only going shopping.
Homecooked meals and healthy snacks are all taken care of, so
I don't need to pack any. Friendly staff, that all know my sons name too. Believe me, I can't say that about some previous day care centres.
I would recommend Bush Babies to anyone new to the area.
Bush Babies Childcare at Warrimoo has the whole 'home away from home' feel - Cheryl & her team run a well-organised & educational program for babies & young children. My son has attended Bush Babies since it opening on 20 January 2009 and I have to say that Cheryl & her team genuinely care about each and every child (and the parents as well) and provide a happy environment for babies & kids to learn and grow.
I have complete confidence leaving my son in the care of the Bush Babies team, knowing that he is happy, cared for and learning each and every day in a fun and warm environment.
