I've been here on three seperate occasions and had lunch in the dinning area. I've had a hair in my steak sandwich which I informed the waitress of, I was offered a "oh sorry about that" no discount or replacement meal.... The next time I went back I had the calamari which was lovely however the lettuce served was partially rotten. The table service in on and off sometimes she turns up and then the next time I go there is none.
