Fay was just perfect for a babysitter during our holiday in Port Douglas. She was easy and quick to communicate with by email a few weeks before our trip to book her service. My husband and I were diving for a full day and she was familiar with the company we dove with and their procedures so made us feel comfortable that she knew what she was in for watching our toddler (21 months) for a FULL day. She arrived on time, confirmed his whole schedule and was familiar with using an epi pen for his nut allergies. She came equipped with toys and had a great day with him. He was perfectly comfortable with her and we were greeted by a very happy little boy at the end of the day! We would recommend Fay without a doubt!

Thank you Busy Bees for providing such a fabulous service. Our 2yo son was well looked afterby Renee and was the immediate focus from shen she first arrived. Backed up by a load of arts and craft activities, we knew our 2yo was in for a good evening.

Just as important, we felt at ease straight away too, which allowed us to have a true 'worry free' evening. I would highly recommend Busy Bees to anyone who requires these services!

Fay looked after our three year old for several hours each day during our vacation. We could not have hoped for a better babysitter. She was incredibly professional, caring and engaging for our energetic child. The activities were age suitable, challenging, educational and thoroughly enjoyed by our daughter. Fay was also very considerate to our needs and constantly thought of ways to make our stay in Palm Cove better. Most importantly, our daughter bonded quickly with Fay and became very fond of her.
Overall, we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of Fay’s service and her professionalism. We strongly recommend her services to any parent looking for a few hours of peace (and peace of mind) during a holiday.

I have been using Busy Bee Babysitting Services for a couple years now. Being that I have a traveling business, the need for babysitters in different areas have come in handy from this service. I have used this service a few times and I am very happy with all the sitters I have used. The service is very professional. With each sitter I have used they bring along activities which my daughter loves. They do arts & crafts and they bring along toys suitable for the age of your child. My 2 year old doesn't want me back! I feel at ease when I leave my child! The owner Fay is very sweet and passionate about her business. I feel very secure about this service as I have referred them to friends and family! I will use them time after time!

We booked a babysitter for a few hours whilst we are on holidays, she didn't interact with the children at all, she just sat on the couch and Read a book. We noticed she and left her cigarette lighter on the table in reach of children. I wouldn't be using this so good agency again! I wouldn't recommend.
