The staff here have a real comminucation issue. I had ordered flowers for my daughters wedding via email. I have the entire conversation chain in my inbox still. The flowers were paid for and the day arrived. Not only did we get the wrong flowers (how they got red instead of white wrong is beyond me) but they got the order wrong as well. Aparently upon verbal agreement with the owner (a larger lady whom i do not know the name) i decided to change my mind! She was rude and wrong! Also if i had actually paid for what i was quoted i paid for three arangements that I didn't recieve. Not happy
