Great pharmacy in a village atmosphere. We have been going here for over 50 years and each of the four managements has provided wonderful service. I note the adverse report are over four years old. Current management has been there about one year and continue the high standard.
I have been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years now and have found pharmacists and staff there to be very professional with their regular customers and blow ins off the street alike. For a small community pharmacy they do an excellent job, that's why I keep going back there. Perhaps some people have EXTREMELY high expectations. Well done Butchers Pharmacy, just keep doing what you're doing and ignore those negative people!
No, I do not have extremely high expectations, I do not think expecting to be served with respect and manners is too much to ask.
Perhaps some people have extremely low expectations or their judgement is clouded due to a personal connection....
