Six Week Holistic Healing Course for Depression, Stress and Anxiety
Angela is very passionate about a holistic approach to healing through empowering the client with the knowledge and tools to assist in their own healing process. Angela has personal experience having come through Depression herself and this gives others hope that they can do it too. This has inspired her to create and facilitate a six week course for depression, stress and anxiety. This course runs each term at the Dromana Community Centre and from her home practice in Rye. This course also networks with other local complementary practitioners to provide additional support information and tools.
