It is 'strange' that having found out I am a single parent - and without even having requested details of my gross or net income - that 8 Neerim Road Caulfield is unable to be inspected by me as the owner will not allow it. I can only assume the rental department is discriminatory and the landlord is likely oblivious to potential tenants.
I was sent a text message that an open inspection was set for Tuesday, Jan 17 at 17:00-17:15. As the information was different from the realestate.com.au website I called in to check with the open inspection. I made a call to the BUXTON - Bentleigh office at 11:04 in the morning to confirm this staff confirmed to me that there was an inspection on Jan 17. Me and my wife travelled over 1 hour to inspect the property and waited until 17:06 and made a call to the BUXTON office to check if the inspection was still on. They said "Someone is ON THE WAY" so my wife and I waited. At 17:14 I got another text message that said "THERE IS NO INSPECTION TODAY. Sorry for any inconvenience" So I called again.
