We try to support local business where we can, and don't mind paying extra to do so. Unfortunately we will no longer be doing so at this store due to the rude staff here - particularly one staff shop assistant who, on numerous occasions has been negative and seems upset about something. Will save ourselves some money and buy online elsewhere.
not only did I save over $100 on my car seats the guy at the store installed them free while I was waiting, took time to explain how to adjust the straps and this and that (and baby brain has taken all of that away from me lol). I almost bought a pram from another store but wanted have a look at Buy4baby first, lucky I did because the original pram I wanted didn't even fit in my boot.
It's amazing how many things you never think of when buying baby things, I never thought once about trying to get my pram in the boot or how much leg room I would lose in my car with certain capsules and car seats.

Rudest, laziest staff in the history of retail! I called early this morning to organise my car seat installation and when I arrived for said installation the sales person whom I spoke to on the phone said they told me they don't do installations in the afternoon! There wasn't one customer in the store and they were playing on their phone when we arrived, hardly a bustling and busy retail assistant. I was so shocked at their reasoning "I need to be in the store if a customer comes in" it's 3:30pm AND I am a customer, the only one mind you! I was prepared to pay an installation fee and purchase a car seat mat and mirror. So disappointed and frustrated! Do not shop here
so are you saying you made an appointment for installation for the morning but never arrived until the afternoon? or you made an afternoon appointment which wasn't honoured?
I've been there a few times now and i haven't any problem what so ever. Maybe there was only one person working that afternoon...
