Buzy Bake House

I live fairly close to here when it was still open, so used to frequent the shop a lot. Their pizzas are very good, and I loved their pastries on display.

It's been a while since I've been here (moved from the area), but I had the pleasure of picking up some bakery delights on the weekend, and was very pleased I did.

The quality is still as good as ever, the range is amazing, and the staff friendly & helpful.

I tried a rosewater & pistachio gluten free cake (it's individual sized), that was unbelievably good! So good, that I'm going back next weekend for another. They also do an awesome almond croissant too. Oh, yum!

And as if the range of bakery, dessert, cakes, pastries, etc, was not enough - they also have a separate section where they sell traditional Italian style pizzas. It sounds odd, I know, but the pizzas are up there with some of the best I've ever tasted.

If you're just dropping through, live in the area, or need to travel to get there - make sure you do. It's great.

WOW the cakes!! - the Quiche and the pastries are amazing. They also do excellent pizza's and coffee. Highly recommend it.

The quality of everything at Buzy Bakehouse is wonderful - from their freshly prepared pizza slices, to their heavenly Italian ricotta cake - you'll be hard pushed to find better baked goods. They also do a range of gluten free bakery items for those with allergies. The prices are quite expensive, but with food this delicious, I'm happy to go back again and again.

The quality of Buzy Bakehouse's fare is truly amazing - in fact I personally don't know a bakery that serves a better pastry than these guys. When in the area it's almost impossible to resist tempatation and stop off for one of their speciality almond croissants. They also make fresh gelato on site which is the REAL stuff. Buzy Bakehouse has the feel of a Parisian style cafe, and its position in Queen Str. Woollahra gives the place a vibrant and sophisticated buzz. The only downside are the prices - but as with anything, quality generally comes at a premium.
