had always wanted to try this cafe as it seems quite busy all the time. really disappointing.pretty much no service.wait staff has no idea about the menu, they can't even extend the awing to keep the sun out. We decided to change to another table out of the sun.this grumpy management shooed us away saying it's reserved.well, we are not the only one, other new customers have the same problem. they only put a piece of paper under the sugar jar and expect everyone to know that it means reserved.i don't have a problem it's reserved but the attitude was very bad.the food is average, only consolation is the coffee. the whole ambience is negative. basically cafe has this arrogant attitude. won't be in a hurry to go back.
I spend quite a bit of time here in the early mornings in between clients having a coffee and catching up on paperwork. The staff are always so friendly and we have gotten to such a friendly point that all the staff know the order when I walk in. The staff make the best coffee around on the northside of brisbane. Congrats, the food is amazing also so be sure to check this awesome place out! :D
